Contacting EyesUp

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, organization if supplied, and message to respond to your enquiry. Messages are stored in Lovable Cloud and are not made publicly available. Contact details are not sent to Google Analytics.

Website measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and the campaigns that bring visitors to our website. Google receives page addresses, UTM campaign labels, referring website information, device and browser information, cookie identifiers and approximate location information. Google processes network information, including your IP address, to provide the service.

This setup is for website measurement, not advertising personalization, customer matching or Google Ads conversions. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or contact messages to Google. Other query parameters are excluded from our page-view reports.

Google may process information outside Canada. See Google’s privacy policy for its handling of information.

Cookies and consent

Where consent is required, optional analytics stays off until you accept. If your region cannot be confirmed, we ask before loading analytics. Elsewhere analytics may operate unless you decline. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Your choices are saved on this browser with a random visitor reference, the time, region, notice version and the choices shown. A later refusal preserves earlier consent evidence and stops future measurement. Clearing browser storage removes these local records. Opening settings does not change your choice until you accept or reject.
